About My Background

 I have worked for several companies doing marketing, promotions and advertising. I have been doing marketing, copywriting and public relations along with writing, research and bookings.

I have organized conferences, seminars and presentations. I have also set up television appearances, radio  interviews and print and on line ads. I generated leads, did pre-qualifications, set up appointments and hosted weekly company meetings and luncheons.

In my various positions, I have worked for CEOs, Department Heads and Vice Presidents. I have organized conferences, seminars and presentations. I have also set up television, radio and cable TV spots for interviews, guest appearances and commercials for clients/CEOS, etc. I generated leads, did pre-qualifications, set up appointments and hosted weekly company meetings and luncheons.

I created spreadsheets for conferences, leads, demos and customer databases. I also have experience in research (I have a research program on both my computers that is comparable to Google but much more discerning. It does not deliver old, broken or dead links. What it delivers you can scan before you click on the link.) On-line content writing, compiling sales copy, letters, labels, data entry, mail/sort, typing, keypunch, data processing, order entry, word processing, accounting/night audit and Excel database. I'm told I have a wonderful phone voice and have completed and passed a Telephone Etiquette Course. I have done voice-overs and recordings. Some transcription experience. I have mail experience in bulk regulations, hand addressing in long hand and creating address databases (email or snail).

About My Home Office to Virtually Assist You

 

I have a home office with hi-speed internet connection, two computers, and printer, digital camera, on line fax (and physical) fax machine as well as unlimited long distance  (US & 22 foreign Countries) capability if needed.

Very familiar with MS Word, Word Perfect, Adobe, Excel, Quattro Pro 10 and Open Office Spreadsheet.

I would like to work full time once I got the necessary training and became confident in the product and company procedures and protocol.

Salary requirements are minimum $12.00 per hour or negotiable per project if short term.

I also do spread sheets (Excel, Quattro Pro, Open Source) creating any subject for database as well as extensive research and data compilations. Familiar with most search engines! I have software that will search a minimum of 13 search engines at once and only bring up current, complete and timely information and links.
